We have a complicated and labor intensive porch addition to our farmhouse. The estimate we received elsewhere was outrageous, and I was lucky enough to find Dean Bullinger on craigslist. He gave us a much more reasonable price (about a third less that the original) and so far has done a fantastic job in the excavation, foundation, framing, and finishing of this porch. His subcontractor for the masonry work is superb. The electrical is next week and we can't wait! What I like about Dean's operation is his obvious pride and dedication to his profession. He wants his customers to feel like it's the same quality of work he would put into his own house. That's certainly how we feel. When it's complete, I'll add some photos to this review.
